Q1: How long will it take to get my digitized design?
Answer: It will take within 12 to 24 hours to send the design to you back. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will try to serve any special needs.

Q2: What computer generated image formats can you read?
Answer: We can read all of the following formats: tif, gif, pcx, jpg, cdr, cpt, ai, eps, pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp. These are the most common formats, but if you have a format not listed here send it anyway we are pretty good at this. Our favorite is the jpg format. It is generic and can be saved/exported by just about every piece of software available.

Q3: What formats are available for my digitized design?
Answer: The following list is just a sample of the many types of embroidery machine formats we are able to match: Tajima, Barudan, Pfaff PCS, Bernina, Melco Condensed, Melco Expanded, Brother, Wilcom, Toyota. Viking, Janome, Singer EU, Poem.

Q4: How can I send an art image or design?
Answer: 123 Embroidery can accept just about everything from a computer generated image, to a scanned image. All we really need is a relatively clear image with the colour separations. If we are not sure we understand what the image is we will call or provide an art proof for you to verify the image with us. 

Q5: What kind of artwork is needed to create an embroidery design?
Answer: As with every part of the digitizing process, the better the artwork, the better the final product. You may email your artwork (preferred) or use the regular carrier of your choice

Q6: How do I pay for my designs?
Answer: 123 Embroidery accepts Mastercard and Visa online. If you prefer paying by paypal or ccavenue.com. You can also write us your preffered method.

Q7: How will I receive my design?
Answer: We will email your design the moment it is ready. If you would like your design sent via another route ie FTP upload, let us know.

Q8: What is the best way to send an art design to you?
Answer: That's easy, You can email it to us, or upload in any ftp account and send us email with ftp username and password. 

Q9: Can i request estimates before an order?
Answer: yes, you can use our efficient online order form. All you will need to do is fill out the online form and click the radio button box indication  order or estimate.

Q10: How do you ensure quality?
Answer: We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. This sample can be provided FREE of charge.
